for his tactics of chopping up the companies which he is brought
in to run, this paper will consider the reasons behind his
methods, how well they work, and what the general opinion is of
how his actions affect a company in the long run. Also under
discussion will be how these decisions are carried out and
whether or not Al Dunlap is using the most ethical method
available. There are many different considerations in Dunlap's
methods, and this paper will attempt to address as many as
possible of those questions.
