[ send me this paper ]

We have generated formal proceedings and approvals throughout the years, even seen Presidential orders and House of Commons Bills but old spellings have stayed staunchly in place. The informal verses the formal aspects of the movement to simplify spelling, however, has been somewhat more successful. Bibliography lists 3 sources.
